Our list of modelling scales was initially sourced from Wikipedia, (List of scale model sizes), with additions, clarifications and modifications. Modelling scales can be a minefield, and we’ve noted reasoning and assumptions in the comments for each scale where required.

It is intended that the MDB modelling scale list will evolve independently of its source.
